Complete 50cc Engine block black with accessories

This engine block is delivered including kickstarter, gear pedal, front sprocket, spark plug, and gaskets, intake manifold. These parts do not need to be purchased separately.

This is a manual engine block (hand clutch) with four gears and the following shift pattern:
1 – neutral – 2 – 3 – 4

Installation

This engine block is a direct replacement for an original 50cc horizontal engine block and can usually be mounted without modifications.

Connecting:

• Mounting via the standard suspension points
• Connecting carburetor to the manifold
• Mounting exhaust on the cylinder head
• Electrical connection via the existing wiring harness

Depending on the model, small modifications to plugs or wiring may be necessary.

Check before first use:

• The oil level
• The chain line and tension
• The operation of the throttle cable
• Electrical connection

Breaking in

Let the engine block warm up slowly and avoid high revs and heavy loads during the first rides.

Drive varied so that the internal components can run in correctly. Check the oil level regularly and change the oil after the first usage period of 200-300km.

Starting

This engine block is equipped only with a kickstarter and does not have an electric start. Thanks to the relatively low compression of a 50cc block, it usually starts easily.
