RETURNS

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery.
If you fill in the return form below, we can send you a return label to return the product. You can also return it yourself, but you must mention this in the return form below.

RETURN COSTS

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We charge €4.99 per return. This amount will be deducted from the amount we refund after the product has been returned.

REFUND

We will process your refund once we have checked the received parts. If the parts are received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returning products should be done in the following way:

- Return within the 14-day reflection period after receiving the goods.

- Return in the original packaging and outer box, undamaged, unused, and complete.

- Return and warranty packages must be carefully packed and returned.
